Questions
The trial lasts 14 days. Your card is taken when you start it, and you’re charged on day 15 unless you cancel before then. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Your vault opens read only. You can still open every chat and document, offline too; chatting, adding documents and search need a subscription. Nothing is held back, and renewing gives you everything again.
Yes. Email us to move between monthly and yearly, and we’ll change it for you. When the fully managed plan launches, you can move to it the same way.
No, prices exclude VAT. Paddle, our reseller, adds VAT where it applies and shows it before you pay. A VAT-registered business can add its VAT number at checkout.
Cancel during the 14-day trial and you’re never charged. If something isn’t right after a payment, email us within 14 days of it and we’ll refund it.
In the app, open Settings and choose Manage subscription, or use Manage subscription at the foot of this site. You keep full use until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that the vault opens read only.
