Who we are
Vaultin is operated by Datatech Solutions LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. For anything in this notice, email support@datatech-analytics.com.
Your client work
The Vaultin app keeps your firm’s client files and conversations on your own computers. We do not receive them and cannot read them. When you use the AI, anonymised text goes directly to the AI provider your firm chose, under your firm’s own agreement with that provider.
What we collect
- The details you send us, such as your name, firm, email address and message.
- The account details needed to give you access to the app.
- Basic technical information our website host records when you visit, such as your IP address.
This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to you and run the pilot, to provide the app, to keep this website running securely, and to meet our legal obligations. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to firms and running our website, on our contract with you when you use the app, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for these purposes, or for as long as the law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and the app, such as hosting and email providers, under written agreements, or where the law requires it. We are based in the United Arab Emirates and some of our providers are in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use the safeguards the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date above.
